Processing time

Your order is prepared and dispatched within 1-4 business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Delivery times are carrier estimates after dispatch and are not guaranteed. If your country is not listed, email us and we will let you know whether we can deliver.

Customs, duties and taxes

All orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): import duties and customs fees are included in the price you pay at checkout. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking number in your shipping email, or open our Track Your Order page at any time.

Packaging and assembly

Your dog house arrives flat-packed and securely boxed, with pre-drilled panels, all hardware and an illustrated guide. Assembly takes about 15 minutes. Box sizes and weights vary by model and size; the largest houses ship in one or two boxes.

Damaged or missing parts

Please inspect your order on arrival. If a panel is damaged or a part is missing, email lotusdoghouses@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We send replacement parts free of charge.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
