Every Lotus Dog House is made to order in our workshop and shipped with full tracking.

Processing time
Your order is prepared and dispatched within 1-4 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping options and delivery times (after dispatch)

• United States - Economy: free, 5-8 business days. Express: $49, 2-4 business days.
• Canada, United Kingdom and other destinations - Economy: free, 6-18 business days. Express: $49, 1-5 business days.

Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customs, duties and taxes
Orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): import duties and customs fees are included in your price, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Packaging and assembly
Your dog house arrives flat-packed and securely boxed, with all hardware included. Assembly takes about 15 minutes.

Damaged or missing parts
If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos at lotusdoghouses@gmail.com. We will send replacement parts free of charge.

Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
